Using a small wacom tablet, ArtRage2, and Paint.Net. Nothing is wrong with using a mouse but I have to admit that the tablet and pen is so much easier.

My Tall Tales Trilogy centering around Squee and Johnny of Jhonen Vasquez's comic JTHM and the idea that people are not what or who they seem to be. I have great love for this picture.
